Directional Striping, Logos & Custom Graphics

PermaFloor can delineate your warehouse, machine room and traffic aisles and incorporate logos and graphic artwork within your seamless floor installation. Results are durable and surprisingly affordable.

Customized Color Vinyl Flakes

Can be custom designed to match any décor with millions of color, texture, size and blending options available. Colored vinyl flakes are random shaped and sized within a standardized range (categories range from 1-inch to 1/32-inch with 1/4-inch and 1/16-inch being most typical). Pigments are colorfast and UV stable and tested to work with resinous flooring systems. They also work well at hiding sub-surface imperfections.

Customized Colored Quartz Granules

Typically used for heavy-duty environments, uniformly sized and shaped quartz granules offer colorfast UV stability with excellent chemical and abrasion resistance. They can also be used for adding slip-resistant safety qualities. Seamless flooring manufacturers usually provide a limited range of just 16 colors. However, at PermaFloor we feel you shouldn’t have to settle for a limited color palette just because your floor is in an industrial environment. That’s why we offer a much wider range of choices that can be blended, mixed and matched into thousands of customized combinations for pleasingly unique floor aesthetics.

Mica Flakes

Mica flakes provide a natural metallic luster that glistens with crystalline beauty. A special manufacturing process enables uniform sizing and color categorization for use with resinous flooring systems. The material itself is resilient with excellent chemical resistance and sound reducing ergonomic properties. Mica is a mineral that is 100% colorfast and UV stable. Six color styles and two size ranges can be mixed and matched together.

Metallic Pigments

To create a stylish and unique patina, metallic pigment floors start with a solid color base coat overlaid with a translucent metallic special effect coat. The special effect pigments are composed of mica nano-particles that produce multi-dimensional, light reflective pearlescent and iridescent effects that mimic natural stone and rock formations. Formulations can be customized and are cost effective to apply. The final coating is extremely durable and easy to maintain.

Polyester Glitters

Specialty glitters are a dimensional pigment that uses precision cut glitter to create a sparkling, lustrous floor. Think nail polish effects or candy apple hot rod paint from the ’70s.

Customized colors and effects can be used with most seamless flooring formulations including epoxy, MMA, and urethane systems. In some instances, PermaFloor will recommend testing custom decorative options prior to installation to make certain they will perform as expected.
